However when i picked by car up there were a number of problems with it - fuse gone so i had no windscreen wipers/ air conditioning etc, there were bits of glass everywhere suggesting a smashed window (i had payed for valeting) and the bumper at the front right side fell off after only driving for a few miles to Birmingham. Took a long time to get them to fix these problems (at least two weeks) and they were not particularly helpful. Generally good cars but very disappointing after service.

The excellent 5 star customer service continued when it came to the day of the service. A phone call was made to me to inform me of the additional work that needed to be carried out, asking for my permission for this to be done after dropping my car off. They then telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection. When it came to collecting my car a breakdown of the work carried out was given, including future work that required to be carried out was explained to me fully. A visual health check document was given, so I could clearly identify what work and checks had been done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Dealer called BSM in Lichfield to get the codes for computer as I didn't have the service book with me, we were told it was not possible to get them from my file as it would take too long! Girl on phone was rude and abrupt. Then ended up speaking to sales manager as service manager was out, only to be told he could do nothing and stated that I had not purchased the car from them. I have been bringing my cars here for years and totally trust him, a sign of how good they are is that whenever I get my tyres changed I ask them to check my brakes, they always show me the wear but more often than not confirm that they are fine where less scrupulous mechanics would no doubt claim work needed doing. They always fit me in when I need things doing and a number of times they have even dropped me back to work so they can get on with it without me sitting around waiting. An added bonus is that you can collect Tesco club card points on what you spend which makes the bills easier to justify!

In North Staffs it's one of the two stations offering the cheapest BP fuel. Downsides, it can be near impossible to get out of. Between the people not doing the speed limit and those who go tearing past at 80 it's a nightmare. I've waited about 5 minutes before to get out of here and I'm not a cautious driver.

They have alot of home things that are essential for example cereal, tea, biscuits, pasta sauces and also alot of things for the car di icer, sponges air fresheners etc. They sell cigarettes and a few medicines behind the counter. I found this little garage purely by accident. I wanted a…read morenew fuse for my cigar lighter, so went to the Nationwide Autocentres garage, but was told they where too busy to deal with me! I noticed a small garage situated behind Nationwide Autocentres called Park Valley Services, so went there and asked them if they could help. They said no problem and quickly fitted me a new fuse, as well as topping up my coolant, all for no charge. I subsequently got them to service my car, which was £50 cheaper than N.A, and they did a very good job, keeping me informed of the progress. They even loaned me a Ford KA for the day at no extra cost whilst the work was being done on my car. Without a doubt, these guys have got my business from now on and are never too busy to help!
