Having said that, it's very convenient if you are shopping in Templars Square and is definitely a better option than paying to withdraw at the Link machine in the centre. This branch of Barclays is situated in the Templars Square shopping centre, Cowley. It is at the…read morecar-park end of the centre. It is actually quite a small branch, but the counter always seems well-staffed and there is rarely much of a queue. I have never needed to see a financial advisor there and I am not sure how you would go about it as there never seems to be anyone around except for the counter staff. There is also a bureau de change in this branch, a cash machine and a paying-in deposit box.
