I get there before my appointment time but not 15 mins before. They checked me in took my money told me NONE of my info was in the system, had me wait 10 mins & then told me they were rescheduling my appointment because there is only a ONE MINUTE time frame they have between appointments & because I didn't show up 15 mins ahead of my scheduled appt time they were cancelling. I said that should have been told to me that you required me to be in office 15 mins before scheduled or you lose your apt! Here I assumed it was for paperwork which could've been filled out during the 2hrs I was going to have to be sitting in the office. I asked for my money back and somebody came out and asked what the protocol on that was, almost like there was a question as to if they would do that. I am beyond appalled at the level of unprofessionalism & lack of clear communication for a medical establishment.
