I SAVED up for this because my household budget has been cut, thanks to our economy! And the price cut of Inkology was very low. P.S. I gave a tip for the original price, not the discount price When she was done 3 hours later even spending time "Tweaking" them, she was satisfied with her work I looked at them and was shocked by their appearance. They WERE SQUARE! I said rounded in front, tail at end, thin in middle. Now, I'm too old (Just turned 70) for the "Hugh" big DARK eyebrows like our younger generation, I wanted them to fit my smaller framed face and light to match my hair. (You can go to my profile) They were SHOCKINGLY DARK. To be fair, she told me that they would start out that way but by 3 days, I will see them lighten up. On my way to my NEXT appointment, I looked in my mirror and thought well " IT IS WHAT IT IS" How can you fix a tattoo I called her immediately and she didn't answer the phone. I left a message about how my eyebrows turned out and can I come back and have them repaired. NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK. I called 2 times and afterwards and she finally sent me a text to say she will fix them in 2 weeks when I come back for a touch up. Again, Ok...I had to go to my hair stylist BERTINE anyway. When I got to her, she stared at me and I said I KNOW how bad they look, I just got them done. She said, *Oh no Honey* These do not look good on you, Go back and have these fixed now. I told her she wouldn't answer the phone. Now, Bertine (My awesome beautiful, talented stylist) usually calls me BEAUTIFUL EVERY SINGLE TIME, This time she said "honey" ??? Bertine has always been straight forward with me AND to all of her clients. (Please see my review on Bertine at her salon called "The Establishment") Let me get back to me and my woes es me Bertine happens to get a client AFTER me. YES, the SAME client that was after me in Inkology What are the odds on that They started talking about ME Bertine says: l feel so bad about her, (ME) (she told me this afterwards) AND, this client says, I just SAW her, (ME) and she looks awful. (Boo hoo to me) Have I said this many times, It's all about me, YES! NOW,The client proceeds to tell "Inkology" that she did a terrible job on, yes, ME! Client does NOT know me.) "Inkology" says: YES, I KNOW!!! She KNOWS? WHAAAT WTH (eck)? She KNEW but didn't say anything???? She could have HELPED me out right there and then!!! Sooo, After much discussion about me and my predicament You KNOW they didn't have to. ?were they making fun of me? can you say Paranoia setting in. The client says: I have a friend who is a makeup artist and I think she can help her. Bertine calls the makeup artist and tells her of my woes. The "Artist" tells Bertine a process she can do because the ink was still fresh Bertine called me and said to come back in and she will work on my " Woolly brows" *Up North, in the winter, certain worms produce these huge black ugly coats around them. Hence, "Woolly worms"* ( you should see my sad face right now) Side note, You can fix? Tattoo's? Who has ever heard of that? AGAIN, After working on my eyebrows for an hour of excruciating pain, (NOW, don't forget I just had the eyebrows tattooed 3 hours before this) Side note; I've always had a high tolerance for pain, but, now I'm a sissy lala? OML ord, The not ending yet of this woe review, I've had 2 procedures to FIX them SO FAR. The makeup Artist said we have up to a week to get this repaired, then I'm youknowwhat... No swearing Bertine, (Plug again for Bertine who owns the "Establishment" I have 3 more (short) days to fix this problem. She ACTUALLY had me come in on a SATURDAY, SUNDAY and her DAY OFF Monday WHO DOES THAT? RIGHT? This AMAZING lady, Bertine, (Who owns The Establishment in Ormond Beach, FL. WHO DOES THAT? After discussing with her my previous negative permanent makeup experience, I decided to book with her to fix my eyebrows. I am unbelievably happy with the results! I love them so much the next time I see her for another eyelash service, I plan on doing lip blushing too. I'm so happy I found Dominque and highly recommend her. Her facility is cute and clean, with plenty of easy parking.

But, the groupon expires after a year. Mama Bare's deal was a whole year. A whole year mind you. Well, of course it was over for me. So, what do I do? They had a 3 deal for $115. Mind you 1 time is $65. NOW, I go every 4 weeks. The ladies are AMAZING I have Jelisa. (See her beautiful picture below.) She is so gentle with you. Yes, the other ladies are great but, Everyone always prefers the one they start with. I did say the prices are amazing didn't I? Of course, I didn't put up a picture of their prices but, you can look on line or call and they will tell you the special deals they have. They are usually on Groupon with such great deals. My husband also bought me one for Christmas. I made him buy it (hehe) so, Look on Groupon, call or go on line. I have paid my co-pays and now it is up to YOUR OFFICE to submit the required documentation to Anthem. I CAN'T do that. THAT is not my responsibility, nor do i know what codes, etc they might require. I was told that you use an independent person to do your billing. Well they are INDEPENDENT because they don't return calls and they don't do their job. While I felt the service there was very good from the staff, this has caused me too much stress to ever recommend anyone to your organization. Ever.
