Upon doing research for lawyers in my area, I found that Lugg & Lugg specialized in this sort of legal work and so I reached out to their office to secure their services. When I called, a very pleasant lady informed me that I would need to talk with John Lugg. It was 2:30 pm on Friday and she said that he was presently with a client and would have him call me when he was finished in about a half hour. I never got the call. On Monday mid afternoon, I phoned again and this time an older man answered, confirmed that he had my note that I called in front of him, and said that he would pass along the message that I called once again. After 3 more days, still no return call. On Thursday, I called once again and this time another nice lady took the message that I was trying to reach Mr. Lugg and I said that I was frustrated as he never contacted me from my previous two calls. She said that he was in court that morning and would have him call in the afternoon. After 3 phone calls seeking their services and no return phone call, I moved on to seek different legal counsel. Very nice office staff. Horrible communication from Mr. Lugg! If you are too busy and cannot serve a new client, then at least advise me of this on the phone so that I don't waste over a week with a time sensitive business matter. I have served the public in different capacities for 50 years and believe that one should make a practice of timely communication with customers.
