First of all they separate into two sections and allow for you to have your dog on a leash and a protected area and the other side is open area where all dogs are off leash. The owners are top-notch people who are very knowledgeable about dogs and take extra precautions as they monitor all situations. There is also food and drinks available! There was some open space for play and run-off going through the property down to a large pond that was fenced off. My guess is that it's a retention pond for storm run-off and probably nothing living should swim in it. I would have been more pleased with this park if I had not seen the water features and been excited for that. It's a small park but fairly well kept (except for the water.) close to nearby hotel.

It's super close to the Old Mill, so a pleasant area for a walk through and around town and the Old Mill area where parking is sometimes scarce.
