Twice I have now come to this location of Hall of Frames, and twice I was completely blown away. Not only was the work for my two orders done with extreme care and craftsmanship, I always knew that both my items and myself were cared about. It just wasn't another "invoice" to the staff. My first order was to have mounted and framed a movie poster for my mother for Christmas. This was replacing one that was damaged after it had fallen and was subsequently town up in the process (frame was from another company). The staff here promised that the new replacement would be handled with care, and so it was. The second order was to have a very large piece drymounted and replaced in it's original frame. Another big box retailer told me they couldn't do it because they did not have the equipment. Well, this family owned business here does have the equipment and was very happy to take care of my request. The piece now looks better than ever and I can never express the joy and beauty that their work brings anyone who looks at the piece. I will always recomend this location and the work that they do. So I have used Michael's to frame my art work before, but I find the people very rude and I do not think the person who helped me knew what they were doing. So I was recommended to try Hall of Frames by a friend. This place might be a little pricey ( though you are looking at custom framing so expect a price tag), the service was amazing. I was greeted with a warm smile from Mary, she looked at the print we had, asked about the room it was going into and in a matter of minutes came up with a beautiful combination of frame and two mats. Mike also came along to give comments and the atmosphere was fun yet professional and you can see they love what they do. When we picked up our order, I was blown away with how it looked and did not care about the price in the end. Will come here again for sure. read more

We have been using Hall of Frames for about 10 years The first time was by chance since we were then living in Sedona. However, after meeting Scot Sass & having him help us on that initial project, we were forever converts. His attention to detail, expert knowledge of inventory, and uncanny ability to select frames, mats, etc. for our artwork always resulted in maximum esthetics. We would drive from Sedona because we never considered using anyone else for our multiple projects & were never disappointed in the end results which can be verified by the innumerable times we have utilized his unique talent! I've always had excellent experiences here in the past. I wanted to leave a shout out to Scott specifically this time because it was the first time that I worked with him, and he was amazing! Of course, I started by picking the most expensive frame in the shop. ‍ Scott had so much patience working with me to find something that was in my budget but still had the look that I was going for. I have had several heirlooms framed at Hall of Frames Desert Ridge and have never been disappointed!! However, I took some basic prints to the one off Thunderbird and Tatum and they took a long time to get done and when I picked them up, I soon realized they were not mounted! I love my new frames! i recently went yo Hsll of Frames to replace a broken frame & look at framing options for 2 vintage botanic prints. the staff was wonderful in helping me make selections from preassembled frames & Mary cut new matts in moments while I waited. they even installed the hangers on the frames before sending me home for the easy assemble. they will be my 'go yo' stop for sll future framing needs! Fantastic service all the way through. As James, the guy who helped us said "quick and painless". Great recommendations. We came in, gave a 30 second synopsis of what we wanted, picked out the matting, frame, etc. left the diplomas, paid, and waited about 2 weeks, and it came out perfect.
