We spent the day relaxing at this renowned Baden-Baden spa. It was a much needed day of self-care…read moreafter Jet-setting across multiple countries for several days prior. The spa is reminiscent of old Roman baths with its saunas and thermal pools. Everything is so peaceful. There are various saunas indoors and one outside in a garden, steam baths, etc. All of the water comes from local springs. The bathing area goes from indoor to outdoor. The indoor portion is under a domed, glass roof. You can easily swim from inside to outside. The hot springs are incredible. I have done all those is spa days but this one really allowed me to let go and not think about anything other than enjoyment. This visit was everything I'd hoped for in this spa town of Baden-Baden.

After the Sauna there are rooms where you can rest and if you need reactivation there is a whirlpool. When you are in the near it's a must to be there. The minimum time you should have is about 4 hours.
