These men are the best in Kissimmee! I'd rather shop at this location than go to the main store in Orlando. Any question I have ever had they have been able to answer. If they don't have the answer, they will look it up and research it to solve the problem. They keep the warehouse stocked well, and if for some reason they are out of an item you need, they are able to tell you when it will be arriving on the truck and/or order it from the main store in Orlando. They have been known to go an extra mile for some of the customers who aren't able to pick up their order in enough time, one of these men will drive it to the customer. I'd say that is great customer service! Trust me, you won't go wrong with Gorman - Tony, Stephen & Kory are the best at what they do. Need a good laugh - you'll for sure get your pool supplies and a few chuckles while you are in the shop. To shop here you have to have a certified pool operator license. Everytime I have come in, they greet each and every customer with their first name and make small talk with each. They are opened from 7:00am-4:00pm. Make sure you go on a Thursday, Stephen brings in several dozen of donuts for all customers.

Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

It's been more than 2y and i am still waiting for the owner to provide me a solution. I bought from…read morethem a Stainless steel water fall that supports salt pools but after 1 month i detected corrosion from outside. I know the owner because our kids play soccer at the same club and practice together. So i saw him every week. He never solved the issue. He blamed the manufacturer and asked me to complain directly to them. Wait what ?? I bought from Migaloo not from the manufacturer. He is not trustable. He stopped responding and NEVER provided me a feedback without i need to force him to answer. So why doing business with this kind of company where the owner does not fix an issue reported one after one month of the installation and it's been 2y and nothing ?
