The main issue I've had with Westridge Flats is the lack of soundproofing. My first set of neighbors were college kids who behaved like normal college kids, but I'm an adult who works normal business hours and cannot stay awake all night long while they can and do. So I had to explain that I can't sleep while they are up late and they were cool about it and kept the noise level down until they moved out at the end of their lease. Now I have a new set of neighbors that I had to tell last night that I can't sleep because I can hear them. They were just TALKING but I could hear them. So, just be aware that the buildings here have ZERO soundproofing and you will pay about $100 more than the published rate for amenities that you may never use.

At the very front of their yard a couple of concrete deer peer out from a near-forest of giant sun flowers. The loop around their wares you will find all of the traditional stuff: geese large and small, bunnies, gnomes, pigs, deer, jockeys, angels, religious figures. There are also many newer designs, including: a hog riding on a motorcycle, Indians, pagodas, owls, eagles, frogs, foxes, cute children, gryphons, dinosaurs, and on and on. They also have a large variety of concrete benches and bird baths. Most items are available painted or unpainted.
