After explaining the reason for my call I could hear the phone operator speaking to someone in the background saying "there's a guy looking for free information" which I wasn't, to whom ever she was speaking to. I was just trying to locate a lower for a good customer. They didn't even take the engine s.n. or hull i.d. before blowing me off. I run a vet owned and operated business and the guy looking for the lower is a vet as well, not that that should make a difference, but we tend to stick together whether we are treated well or poorly and word gets around. Joe was the one who helped us and explained each jet ski that we were interested in. He was very nice to work with and got us all set up with everything that we needed. We went back less than a week later and started the buying process. We got a jet ski and trailer, life jackets and some cool extras and it was an enjoyable process. We worked with Taylor and another lady (I wish I knew her name - she was so great and funny) with the signing contracts and getting all of the paperwork done. They explained everything very well and took about 10 minutes. Overall - my boyfriend and I highly recommend Jim's Anchorage. They have everything and anything that you would need. We will definitely be going back there while we take our camping trips to Seven Points and Lake Raystown!
