Joe was the one who helped us and explained each jet ski that we were interested in. He was very nice to work with and got us all set up with everything that we needed. We went back less than a week later and started the buying process. We got a jet ski and trailer, life jackets and some cool extras and it was an enjoyable process. We worked with Taylor and another lady (I wish I knew her name - she was so great and funny) with the signing contracts and getting all of the paperwork done. They explained everything very well and took about 10 minutes. Overall - my boyfriend and I highly recommend Jim's Anchorage. They have everything and anything that you would need.
