Two days later... same problem. Guy jumps my car tests my battery and says I need a new one. It was an old battery so whatever. The guy proceeds to take the battery out while the other guy brings the battery. I had to go to work, so I let them do their job. Now my car won't do anything and they say I have an electrical problem. Took my car to a shop and they shop says whoever jumped the new battery did so backwards. 200 bucks for a new battery and 500 for them to fix the problem. AAA needs to get rid of these clowns. I traveled from Fayetteville, NC to Tallulah, Louisiana to handle some paperwork for my late father and for my grandmother's funeral. The rental I was driving from Enterprise, a crappy 2024 Hyundai Tuscan, broke down on me in Tallulah and the crappy Enterprise 800 customer service agent gave me the worst customer service. The agent would not send a tow to Tallulah, and I gave me no choice but to drive that crappy rental back to my hotel room in Vicksburg. This vehicle malfunctioned on me and lost power too many times. It also powered off, 8 times as I crossed the Vicksburg bridge on my way back to my hotel room. The last time it powered off on me, I almost lost my life due to being less than an inch from being hit by an 18-wheeler. I missed my grandmothers repass and miss seeing off my two aunts and uncles that had to head back home after the repass. The whole bad experience and trouble with this rental had me very upset, along with me mourning my grandmother. On November 23rd, AAA did an amazing job calling an amazing tow company and driver for me. Justin stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me informed. He went above and beyond talking to me, cheering me up and making sure I was okay. He picked up a nice rental for me from the Enterprise in Jackson. Justin and the manager at Enterprise, made sure I was placed in 2024 Toyota Camery (I didn't want to deal with another SUV) with a tank full of gas. Justin was very professional, nice and a perfect gentleman. Justin, Signature Towing, AAA, and the manager at Enterprise made my scary terrible situation better. Folks, this is my own personal opinion, if you have any car problems and need a tow, call Signature Towing. If you are a AAA member, request and demand, Signature Towing. I highly recommend this company and their driver, Justin.

We drove three hours today to retrieve our car that was overheating in Jackson. Shorty was there in less than 10 minutes and was ready to help us out. He loaded the overheating car and let us follow him to the dealership.
