I was on my last coil and it was burnt out or just about there and his shop was the only one close enough for me to get there in time while on break, i showed up at 6:15 ish and he had closed 15 min prior. He was still at the shop about to leave in his truck and he got out, asked if he could help me and reopened just so i could get my coils. He wasnt mean or hostile about it either in fact it seemed like he was more than happy to reopen and help me out. Its a small shop but it has a surprisingly big selection of mods, disposable vapes, juices, and coils. Cant recommended enough. read more

I bought vape pen yesterday and it would not work today so I brought it back and he switched out the battery. He got it puffing smoke but when I tried I got the liquid in my mouth. I said "yuk" I don't know what I should do (meaning maybe switching out vape pens) and he got mad and grabbed it out of my hand, opened the register and I said no I was going to switch it out and he said "nothing will make you happy" and gave me my money back and said "goodbye". He said some people just need to keep smoking cigarettes. I thought he was so rude read more

I just moved to Landrum and tried to give this local establishment a chance. I needed a new tank and when I stopped by during their business hours they were not open. My husband who doesn't vape seen they were their, stopped, and got me one, but it was too large for me. I never even took it out of the box. My husband tried to return it over the next 3 days during their business hours and within the return policy time frame, which is 3 days. However my husband couldn't return it within that time because they closed early and were not open during their displayed hours of business. When my husband drove by and seen they were open he stopped to return it. He explained he stopped by over the past couple days but he wasn't there. He REFUSED to except the exchange and said besides he doesn't know if we used it. What, um it was obvious it wasn't he just didn't want to lose the money. Well he lost more then that. I normally don't leave reviews like this but I feel people need to know how this place operates. It isn't a pleasant experience. read more

Being the local vapor store I have tried and tried these products.....anything from mods to the liquids....I have went through six "brand new batteries " in one day and when i kept bringing the product back complaining how it did not work Rodney (owner) would just place it back on shelf for a resale, knowing the product didnt work. Same with his coils they would go bad in three days or wouldn't work at all in the atomizers, Liquids, if they are on the shelf they are old and most likely going to taste like horse urine if not made fresh because the man doest want to throw out what isn't good anymore....i am an idiot for giving this buisness so many chances, I am yelping to help other people not get hustled. Oh I almost forgot there is only a 3 day return policy on all products....so I have also lost a couple hundred dollars from that.... read more

Poor selection and the employees aren't very knowledgeable, especially when it come s to hardware. They don't even stick to their own posted hours. Avoid. read more

I don't know if they will rebuild there. I am sure they lost everything. I feel bad for them. Their Tunnel Rd store was awesome though and opened with no power for cash sales even in those first few days where we couldn't find food, water and gas. We were so appreciative of them. All my neighbors go there now, too and they all rave about them.

Well, an $8K order for chairs (6) and a couple tables. After FAR longer than we were told (by three months), we received our order. The chairs? Amazing. The tables? 4 out of five, mainly as they got the "fill" epoxy color wrong. We even confirmed before production the color we wanted. Yup, 'smoke'. We did not receive that. Black. The amount of epoxy fill was minimal enough that we didn't argue, though we did confirm with a now-previous employee who left out of frustration that they did screw it up. By the time we got there, we'd already confirmed this is a messed up company. I could go (FAR) further, but in the interest of brevity, be VERY careful with Foothills if your order will take time. Make sure to clarify all details and pin them down to a timeline. If you see something on the floor and can get a good deal? Go for it. The furniture is amazing. Beyond that, they are a shoddy-run business. Travis? Not the kind of person I'd do business with again. Slovenly and not to be trusted. The other staff (we dealt with)? Amazing. But the two main people we dealt with have left. One of which I've stayed in contact with. His assessment? A very messed up company - hence why he quit. Couldn't be there any longer. Sad. Amish furniture? Amazing. Just find it elsewhere.
