Staff are always kind, helpful, and friendly without being invasive, or playing church programming and music over the PA (ahem, lookin at you, Halo, where the pricing is incomparable but I tend to need my earbuds not to feel I'm being indoctrinated ) and the pricing a better value than almost anywhere! Meanwhile, the reuse, repurpose, recycle mission of no/low waste and goal of attainable, affordable homes is much better aligned with my personal values than Goodwill has ever managed to be!
