I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. Well these guys told me 30-40min. It's now been 2.5 hours and I've called them several times- politely. Every time they tell me "you're next on the list to be dispatched." Such bull. Everyone reading this- do me a favor (and yourself) and don't give these people your business. We need to start sticking up for ourselves as the customer and make it clear this crap won't be tolerated. They're only in business because of us.

They arrived right on time and got me to where I needed to be pretty quick, even if they didn't know the area (good thing I did). Reasonable pricing, decent minivan picked me up, although it did have a head rest issue and the windshield was cracked (typical of taxis). They take credit cards, but the driver really put pressure to get cash (cost them a star). I'd use them again, now knowing what to expect.

Recently I had to get to Dallas airport and needed a taxi service. I called them a week in advance. The guy who answered seemed friendly enough but also just a wee bit too cavalier, eliciting my skepticism that he was really taking down my information. I figured I was being paranoid. He did assure me that he could provide the service requested, for about $70 (it would be based on a meter, he said.). So I called a day before to make sure we were all set. Nobody answered so I left a message which was not returned. I called again first thing in the morning on day of departure and this time the same guy did answer. He told me that he was "just about to call me" and that on Tuesdays all the staff has a day off which is why he didn't respond the day before. Ok, whatever. He then said, in a somewhat stoned tone of voice, "You want a pick up at 12 right?". I had actually requested 11:45 but feeling a little wary I asked for 11:30, for a little cushion. So, 11:30 rolls around and I'm all packed up and looking out the window. At 11:45 I'm getting nervous so I call again and get the answering machine and ask him to please get back to me as I have a flight to catch and no alternate means of transport. I call again at 12:00 and still no answer. This is where I start feeling pacing around the lawn with my luggage looking crazed. Luckily, I happened to get a hold of AA taxi who were able to get to my house by 12:15 and get me to the airport with a little time to spare. No sign of Denton County taxi anywhere as I was leaving, of course. According to the AA driver, Denton County Taxi has no license and is operating illegally. Considering that I never heard again from them, I have no reason to doubt this. Thankfully I had not given any credit card information over the phone prior. I cannot dis-recommend this service enough.

I booked a trip from Waco to DFW airport for Sunday morning on Friday night. Saturday, I received a…read morephone call from the driver with kids screaming in the background and insisting that he changed the time to 4:00 AM because of the time change. I informed him that I needed to leave at 3:00 AM and I was aware of the time change. The driver picked me up Saturday morning. I had booked a sedan and he showed up in a Toyota Rav 4 SUV in poor condition as we were driving down the road it would shake. The driver was either impaired or extremely tired. Numerous times I had to talk to him to get on the correct side of the road. He was constantly drifting out of his lane, making extremely wide turns. He was driving either way too fast or way too slowly. We almost got into three serious car accidents. The last one I had to scream at the driver to avoid us getting into a T-bone car accident. Even though the other car was in the wrong, they had pulled out in front of us the driver was either distracted or again impaired and did not recognize the hazard in front of him. He also would accelerate to high speeds and then decelerate to 30 or 40 miles an hour at 5 going around corners this also created numerous hazards. I have asked the company for a refund as I am still shaking 4 hours later from this ride, and I was not providing the class of service that I booked. I have taken numerous rides in town cars, taxis and Ubers and I never have felt that my life has been so in danger as it was this morning.
