NEVER use Texas Shuttle if you need someone to show up! I booked a month ahead of time for both my son and myself. We were flying into different airports. I received a message the night before that they couldn't pick me up. My son received his cancellation message while on his flight. Leaving people stranded is not good business for a shuttle company. Our group of 8 wanted to rent a limo to look at Christmas lights around Highland Park, so I quickly found this place thanks to the great reviews. Prime replied to my initial inquiry within 5 MINUTES. Then, we went back and forth quite a few times with questions and answers. They replied to every single email within 20 minutes. That rarely happens. It made the decision and booking process easy and fast! A Sprinter is supposed to hold up to 12 passengers comfortably, but our group of 8 thought it was perfect as we had room to store our coats, purses, bags of alcohol, etc. We wanted a SUV because the windows are much larger than a car limo. Prime provides both glass and non-glass cups for your drinks along with plenty of ice AND a free bottle of champagne. We only had to take our alcohol! Our driver, Mike, was the BEST! We will request him next time. We had no idea what to expect or where to go, but Mike already knew some of the best HP light displays to view. He also showed me how to manage the various inside lights and (loud) stereo, so we streamed Spotify music through an iPhone and had a fun party. He also kindly accommodated our group that needed to make a couple of gas station stops too! :) Tip is included in the limo price (along with all taxes and fees in general), but tip your driver extra in cash if you have a good time...Mike made our evening much more enjoyable than if we had a boring, non-talkative driver! Another bus company cancelled on my group 2 hours before we needed to be picked up! I had 50 people at my house to go to a boat party at Lake Lewisville. Both guys were well dressed and super polite. FYI, there is an option for them to come into the airport with a sign and retrieve you and your bags (for a small fee) but I am not that girl (well, not for this trip anyway).
