She also came in as a strong recommendation from our aunt, as they catered to events that she had been to in the past and was impressed. So that sealed the deal and we went with Catering by Liz. We are so happy that we went with them. The service and professionalism are outstanding. Harmony was our point of contact and she did an amazing job. She is great with communication and always responded to our emails within 24 hours. She also accommodated our work schedule and was able to set up an appointment on a weekend for the tasting. The sample menu that they have is pretty extensive but not exhaustive. We chose some food items from their menu that went along with a Greek theme since we were married in Greece. We also requested to see if they could make some foods that we had while we were there. We showed Harmony pictures of the foods we wanted and told her what was in them and what they tasted like. She said she would forward it to the chefs to see if they could do it. We were so pleased when she emailed us to let us know that they were able to recreate the food items...and the food was perfect (if not better!) The guests at our party were in love with the food and kept raving about it. We also had a bar service set up where we provided our own booze and they provided the rest (bartender, glassware, ice, sodas, juices, etc.) The bar service was excellent and the guys working behind the bar were on point. I never saw a long line for drinks and everyone was happy with their drinks and the service. He made a HUGE paella which fed 60 very happy guests with a great portion. The week before, they called me to confirm and Juan, the owner, let me know that he would be the chef the day of our event. I warned him that my mother is a very picky woman that's from Spain and that he would have his work cut out for him to impress her. He said he would be up for that challenge as he's from Valencia and has been making paella all of his life.
