As far as I know, Frank and MJ has kept a lot of investor's money to almost a million dollars and have not returned money. In conclusion, Frank and MJ took people's money, not Ed. I am upset that I retain your firm and paid monthly expenses to do my bookkeeping, yet I never get any warning on how much tax I would have to pay at the end of the year. Furthermore, you also paid my tax late. You had access to all my documents every month and everything you requested I always provided in a timely manner. There is no excuse for you to file my tax late. Afterward, you also failed to take any accountability whatsoever. Instead, you tried to blame it on everyone else.
