Hanh has been doing our taxes since 2022 and she is AMAZING at doing them. We have a little bit of a complicated situation (at least I think we do LOL) - and people who have done our taxes in the past have always caused me to receive a super high tax return revision. Had some good experiences with Hanh but she's been very low-effort the last couple of years and flaked on me in a way that caused a huge headache. Took my return to another CPA and had to have him redo it - he took one look at it and spotted a deduction opportunity to save me thousands. Makes me think Hanh spent under 30 minutes with my info before rubber stamping it. I don't think she could have made it any easier for me to get my taxes done this year! I simply messaged her and then consulted over the phone about my income situation and circumstances for 2020. She told me upfront what the fee would be and then sent me a secure link (Intuit) to upload my documents. From there, after a few questions back and forth via email, she had my tax return prepared within a day or so...just in time for the deadline! I was able to access my return as well as the confirmation from the IRS accepting it. Yay!! I think I can say that I fall into the majority when I say that I hate doing taxes. I dread it. I can't wrap my brain around it--I'm a biology nerd with little sense of finance comprehension. I am so grateful for this service! Everything was completely contactless--we never met in an office or anything, which made me a little wary, but fortunately she is legit and was very responsive to all my inquiries. I'm so glad I found Hanh through Yelp this year and very happy with the accountant services provided. Looks like I finally found my new accountant after a few years of search. Really enjoyed her professionalism, knowledge and patience. I was asking a lot of questions relative to the tax subject I really did know nothing about and Hanh promptly provided easy to understand answers to all of them.
