Why does FRS allow the decline of any property that they manage by not upholding the rules when it comes to trash accumulation and storage? I see the same response from FRS, from a person named Terri, regarding the many one-star reviews of the company, in which they claim they will do better, yet there are no callbacks, no email responses, no text messages, no letter communications via the PO, and the trash problem remains. That is not doing better, and, to add insult to injury, the dues doubled this past year. There are other issues about FSR, but the trash issue was the last straw. I was being rejected from all of them because I didn't have a 730 credit score due to some student loans and medical bills. When I was about to give up and go back to Cali I got a call from Tom Stutsman wondering if I was still looking for an apartment? Aaroosh is sometimes hard to reach by phone, emails and texts work a lot better but if you are not used to that kind of communication it might be tough. They are not a huge company which is nice because I have a direct contact but sometimes if they are busy it might take 24-48 hours for a response. Tip: I found that if I text him I usually get a response.(Millennials am I right?) Overall I would use them to rent my townhome again.
