After a recommendation from the Chemical Guys Car Wash (also awesome), I gave Terence a call and I was so glad I did! He promptly returned my call, answered my questions, got back to me exactly when he said he would and got me scheduled for the very next day. They came to me for a complimentary assessment (another detailer was going to charge me $100), arrived on time (even a little early) and were kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They went over my options in detail with actual pricing (no surprises or hidden fees/charges), answered a whole bunch of additional questions I had, and most importantly with absolutely zero annoyance or pressure to move forward. After my decisions for next steps, they jumped right in to working on my car. They did an incredible job and got 99% of the gunk off my car - a feat I thought was impossible. I really appreciated that they were honest and open about a reluctance to push it any further to get the last 1% off because it could compromise the paint and that is not something I wanted to do.
