I don't think I would hire him again. Also shows up with his kids and want to use your bathroom , the kids also do not flush the toilet after they're done.

I think he ended up spending maybe 15 or 20 minutes washing the exterior, then charged me $125, which is apparently the price for a truck (I just have a small SUV). I don't really understand the retention economics (or lack thereof) here? Why make $125 once when you could make that amount every month, or multiple times per month, from repeat customers by literally doing what you advertise? FWIW, the exterior wash was good, and it was a same day booking (and they were very responsive, arrived on time, etc).

During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. First time ever tinting my windows on a car, Especially my Tesla M3P. I originally wanted to go for…read more35% windshield and 5% all around, Leo kept warning me on how it would look nice, but could be really dark and cops would harass me. I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. Not only did I receive high quality products and services from them 2 years ago, but now I receive a lifetime of trust in anything car detailing related!
