A very so-so experience. I think small businesses should be supported, but I think there are…read moredefinitely a couple issues that need to be ironed out first with this business. Let's start with the good. I spilled some smelly food on my passenger car seat on Friday night and contacted several businesses to get a quote. Frank was one of the first to respond, offered a fair price, and was available to come out the next morning to help clean my car. He was prompt, professional, and seemed to do a decent job. I tipped him for the service and let the car dry out with the windows down for the next few days, as directed A few days later when the car had dried out, I noticed the smell had improved, but was still present. I contacted Frank asking nicely if he would be able to come back and do a second round of cleaning, stating that I understood that this was just a particularly stubborn food spill and offered to pay him again for his time (I also left it open ended so he could name an appropriate price). This received no response. I followed up again, again to no response. I was turned off by this lapse in communication and went on to seek another company to help do further cleaning - which they did two more times, and with prompt and clear communication. Overall, I give this guy credit for doing a decent job the first time around, but all subsequent interactions pointed to a disregard for customer retention

YES the place here's busy and there's a long line. But they have 3 LANES!!! 3 LANES: 1 line is for non members and the other 2 lines are for members. QUALITY: The organization of the line got better in my opinion... TIME OF ARRIVAL: Sunday afternoon. We were car number 6 in line. I was pretty happy about that. Then, I saw a nice and hardworking lady carrying a tablet and going to ASI the cars in line. It felt like the SAME organization system used at IN 'N OUT BURGER! That was pretty cool!!! It made the line go a bit faster. We waited for about 20 minutes... VALUE: It's pretty pricey $16 for a base wash. But, I like the machine and it really CLEANS well in my opinion for a small SUV. However, I do see a lot of BIG TRUCKS in line so I think I can only speak for mid size and compact cars... Once you get to the front there's another hardworking MISTER that tells you which car you WILL go after... However, there were no empty shots for DRYING or VACUUMING :( wah wah wah... The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. Keep up the great work, guys!

The one closest to me wasn't open until 8 AM, and the other one was a self-service, so this was the closest one that fit my needs at the time. The cheapest (bronze) is $10, so I thought I would purchase the unlimited $19.99 a month to justify paying that much since where I usually go only charges $5-6. I had to repeat myself to the employee, and I'm pretty sure he heard wrong because I was charged $13 and still received just the basic service. So, I was of course disappointed. Also, he had to take my smartwatch since their tap-to-pay device can't leave their building...they should just have a kiosk where we can pay from our car like every other place to save money because that was lousy service. Towards the end of the tunnel, I noticed all this black grime built up on the walls...like do they ever get that cleaned? That can't be good to have.
