Throughout the weekend I could feel it tightening up, by Monday it was already in spasm. By Tuesday morning it was the most excruciating pain I think I've ever experienced (and yes, I've had children naturally). The nerve pain at the base of my skull radiated down my neck and felt like full knives restricted me from moving. I couldn't look more than 10 degrees to the right or down. I couldn't look up or left at all. On after taking 800mg of Advil, 2 muscle relaxers, biofreeze and hemp cream, Zero relief. I took a rather unsafe drive to the acupuncturist on Tuesday and he did both acupuncture and cupping . ZERO relief. I can't go to my chiropractor when it's this bad because you can't adjust with that much inflammation. By yesterday I had maybe only 5 degrees of improvement and had doubled all the meds, no relief. And then Memo from High Desert Rolfing and Yamuna Body Rolling came to do a 90 minute treatment at home including analyzing my work space & posture. It was painful because everything is so tender and inflamed, but this morning I woke up with at least 50% of my mobility back and I can feel it continue to improve. If you deal with spasticity issues, I can't recommend it or Memo enough! He replied promptly, brought everything and wore a mask the entire time!
