I wanted a pedicure today so I was told to have a seat in one of the pedicure chairs. A gentleman came over and promptly started the lovely pedicure. He was professional, took his time, and did an excellent job on my toes. I chose the gel pedicure as the color last longer than a regular one. I felt prices weren't reasonable and I throughly enjoyed my pedicure. Highly recommend this place!!! This time I take my daughter and we are both getting pedicures. The young man that is working on my feet wasn't paying attention and took a razor to my large toe and a large piece of skin was missing. I am on blood thinners and am diabetic. I was bleeding everywhere. He shoved a bunch of gauze on the wound, finished the pedicure and sent me home. NO discount, no antiseptic spray, nothing. I went home and disinfected the wound and bought special bandages to keep the wound clean. I will never return to this facility! It was clearly an accident but not good customer service at all!!!!!!

So I thought. $40 for dipping powder on my nails and no manicuring the cuticles... For that much $ they can at least do the rest of the regular manicure. $5 more for cuticles?? Never paid this kind of money for such little service. Even in downtown Charlotte I pay $55 for a really good quality nail dip manicure.. I would have been fine with that but the whole attitude seemed underhanded.. and my nails looked like trash. I hate leaving negative reviews but I am warning you just like I wish I was warned! I received a gel color that she said would not chip for two weeks. I kid you not, but it was chipping after a few hours and I had only washed my hands. I am writing this after 5 days and there has been no other chipping of the rest of my nails. She also soaked off my SNL set and waxed my brows. I would return again if in the area. The salon was nice and clean, bright and fairly busy while I was there.
