Kevin's first conversation with me was so positive. "We will make them pay for your deposit your trade in we will make them pay for your insurance and they will pay me". After that I was ghosted for days and weeks. Kevin's tone changed to telling me that "he's not sure if he has someone to handle my case" ..He never said that when he told me night one "don't contact another attorney or the dealership" a lot went on in between but then he assigned and arrogant attorney to handle the case. He felt he could talk down to me accuse me of seeking g other counsel and his tone was aggressive and demeaning but stopped when i called him out for lying to me. Kevin dropped my case 7 months in. He did nothing to solve it he prepared documents that were things i don't say. He left me with 7000$ in debt and no where to go but to take him to court for what i believe is misrepresentation. Which is my next step. He handles lemon law case but failed to know important dates. When i reminded him of these dates and i found them online he said "you shouldn't use chat gpt for information it could be like using other counsel" A lawyer who says he's a protection consumer could t even follow court deadlines or actually know what they are. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM WHO I BELIVE ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDS AND LIARS.
