RED FLAG!!!!…read more Phil is an absolute nightmare to work with, he has forced my mother to provide sole care for my dying grandmother with no assistance other than reimbursement for food, utilities only (no rent), and personal care items. My mother provides 24/7 care with no support or reimbursement for her time and efforts from these people. It appears to me that while this law firm collects fees from my grandmothers bank account and refuses to provide even her measly social security monies for costs...my mother has now been hospitalized for stress on multiple occasions due to her constant obligation to her mother... with out money we can't hire someone to help. While my grandmother still has assists she is not eligible for the services normally provided by the state, her assets are being absorbed by this firm, and this firm refuses to help... they did promises a care plan in march, it's August... go anywhere else, or tell any judge to move to the next option. Phil has an attitude that matches his disgusting appearance... his promises go no where. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!! My grandmother has dementia and having Phil appointed as a conservator has been nothing short of a nightmare!!! Stay away!!!!!

We hired attorney Nicole Torres during what became an incredibly stressful real estate transaction. We were facing serious inspection concerns, including extremely high radon levels, and were desperately trying to understand our rights and protect nearly $40,000 deposit being held of our hard-earned money. Instead of feeling reassured and guided through the process, we felt increasingly anxious and confused. We repeatedly asked questions because we were genuinely scared of making the wrong decision and losing our deposit. Rather than feeling like we had an advocate in our corner, we often felt dismissed when we questioned the advice we were being given. We were advised that our inspection contingency had expired (we later learned it had not) and that our deposit could be at risk if we did not continue moving forward. We were also led to believe that the radon issues did not give us grounds to terminate the contract as it was "not part of the inspection process" and that we had signed a contract "for inspection only". As buyers trying to navigate a complicated situation, we relied heavily on her advice and guidance. What was most disappointing was that when we expressed concerns or asked follow-up questions, we did not feel heard. The conversations often left us feeling more intimidated than informed. Eventually, our discomfort became so significant that we sought alternate legal counsel because we no longer felt confident that our interests were being fully protected. The second opinion we received gave us a very different understanding of our contractual rights and deadlines, including the ability to terminate the contract and get our deposit back, which proved that the advice we received from her was not accurate and would have cost us $40,000!!!

Nicole was always professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our needs. Our mortgage was complex with a lot of moving parts and variables but she made the process smooth by ensuring the bank, the seller's, and the seller's attorney communicated often and push to make sure the bank sent her the closing documents in time for us to close on time, during a period it looked like it wouldn't happen until after the weekend. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Massachusetts! First Class Law firm with the breadth, knowledge, and contacts to make deals happened with your needs in mind like Big 10 Law Firm!
