I was told that I could not speak to him because they have a chain of command. I have never been told I could not speak to my medical provider. Lynette on his staff is the worst. I had a disappointing experience at Houston Dental that I feel compelled to share. From the very…read morebeginning, I notified the staff that I did not want any hidden fees; I would rather pay up front. The dental hygienist used a Panoramic X-ray machine during my visit. She said she did not work there; she was there covering as a traveling hygienist. To add, the cleaning I received was not as I expected; it was over really quickly and did not feel thorough. I have had better cleanings performed in the past. Four months after my appointment, I am now being billed by Houston Dental for the X-rays, stating that my insurance did not cover them. Upon speaking with my insurance provider, they assured me it was due to a lack of transparency from the dental office. Someone in that office is not properly checking patients' insurance. When I raised concerns about frequency limitations and how they failed to properly verify my insurance coverage, Donna, Lineth, and the office manager, Brandy, made matters worse. They were disorganized and uninterested in addressing my concerns, but the real standout in terms of unprofessionalism was Britney, the manager. Instead of assisting me with my issues, she was dismissive and rude. It was frustrating to feel like I was talking to a brick wall when all I wanted was some clarity regarding my billing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values transparency and respectful customer service. There are plenty of other dental offices that offer both quality care and a more professional atmosphere. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

They consumed my dental for five years and now I have to pay out of pocket to get a new bridge and a partial. Since he put that fix bridge I came back three time to get it adjusted, trying to feel better with it and it never worked, it was just made wrong, and the third time I went there, I asked him to re do it and he told me it could not be re do for free that I need to pay and he was kind of rude asking "what else do you want". Not telling you that I cried when they put the partial with 2 big clasp in front of my teeth). I never went back but the consequences of a bad bridge got a toll on me: my incisive rotated (the bridge was pushing it), I developed a habit to play with those big teeth and ended getting lose my lower teeth, and it was a gap in the back of the bridge (it never adjusts properly ), and start getting decay. Then I had to make the decision that get another dentist and pay out of pocket for my fixed bridge. Yesterday I paid over $4000 because the insurance won't cover a bridge for me in 5 years. I am writing these with the hope to aware people in the area before they get a crappy service with Dr Tully.
