She was cheerful, friendly, took the time to explain everything, and very thorough. She took a complete set of xrays and was conscientious about not hurting me in the process. She was gentle during my cleaning too. This is the first time in my whole adult life of going to a dentist that they put balm on my lips so they wouldn't chap--nice touch. The dentist was also very thorough--he checked my throat and neck as well as my mouth and teeth. Very nice experience over all. I definitely recommend them to anyone. Tell them I recommended you! Dr. Myers seems to be a good dentist on the surface but does not stand behind his work. I had a…read moredental crown put in by him after a root canal. The crown was 100% ceramic (not ceramic over metal). After 2'years the crown came unglued and Dr. Myers charged me $100 to glue it back in. A couple of weeks ago the crown came undone again but this time it was damaged and needs to be replaced. Unfortunately my insurance company will not pay for the crown because they expect the crow to last 10+ years (not 4), I called Dr Myres and he refused to refund his work (even on a pro rated basis). I am now forced to spend another $1,000 on a new crown paid for completely out of pocket. I am very disappointed.

I got a refund after informing the practice that I wasn't informed of this procedure beforehand. Apart from this, Doctor Seri's advice to use my custom-made mouth guard turned out to be very helpful--she kept forgetting that I already had one and was suggesting that they make one for me, but she allowed herself to be corrected when I told her I had one already. I also took offense to some things the hygienist said, even if she was comforting at times and gave me very helpful suggestions for home care. She even told me "you don't have a bad mouth" which relieved my anxieties. All in all, it's an okay clinic but a little big.
