While talking with him he listened diligently to what I had to say and was able to give me a plethora of useful information that I previously did not have and informed me of my rights regarding my situation. He went out of his way to look up information that was not provided to me by my claims adjuster. He looked up the MPN for the insurance provider and supplied me with a list of specialists within the network that fit my needs. He also took the time to research specialists that were not in the network that might be willing to take me on as a paitent since the network was failing. He told me who I needed to contact so I can get the issues resolved and provided the contact information that I needed. He was able to give me suggestions and instructions on how to proceed while I waited a few more days for my consultation with Benjamin. His concern about the situation I was in was very genuine unlike some of the other people I have talked with while trying to navigate this system. He told me that if I have any trouble figuring out what and how to file any paperwork that I needed to that I could email him. He would gladly assist me with that and any other concerns or issues that may arise. My conversation with him left me feeling that for once during this process I was heard and that I wasn't just another number I was a person. He was also very kind and attentive to what I had to say he never cut me short or rushed me into quick incomplete answers. He provided me with a lot of information on how the system works, what steps I need to take, and the proper way to go about getting the intended results. It felt like he had a genuine concern for the troubles I was facing and helped me put together a plan to tackle these obstacles and explained in detail why it needed to be done this way. He was quick to answer any questions that I had in full detail and a way that was easy to follow and understand. He explained the qme process to me and how to utilize it as well as offered to help me with it when the need arises. My conversation with him felt real not automated. When someone close to me retained these law offices for their personal injury suit, I had no illusions that things would be different. However, I would soon eat my words. Whereas I believed that Max and his associate attorneys would be the epitome of privilege, they were anything but. Max set my loved one on an immediately treatment plan and there were weekly calls from his secretarial staff, asking how things were going and how the pain was. Even better, despite the poor credit, he was able to negotiate liens with all of the medical providers, so the treatment professionals weren't constantly hounding them for payment. When the case was finally litigated successfully, it was all thanks to the hard work of Max. I can't say enough positive things about his extremely professional staff, his in-depth understanding of the law and ultimately his total dedication to my loved one.
