Not to mention follow up appointments are only set MINIMUM of 1-3 Month out! Even came up with care plan with expensive and previously declined veneers ($12,000.0) that are not covered by insurance. Definitely is apparent through recent experiences L&A has not cared for the quality and integrity of my teeth in a greedy way! My new dentist has throughly assessed my mouth, previous work, etc and has found and agreed with poor quality and UNNECESSARY work in my mouth. I've just reached the age of 25 and am extremely dissatisfied with the situation. I feel wronged that Dentists) are allowed to operate in this manner in a business that appears to be a quality/premium office. After reviewing the notes the office has made that have so many contradictions about things I've said or done, and things they said or did are externally disappointing! Wish I would've explored other options sooner.

I was completely fine before is was just the filling had chipped. Today which is the next day after having dental work done my tooth is giving me pain when I bite down! I have no idea how I go in feeling completely fine and come out with major pain and discomfort. It feels like I'm biting down on a nerve. I am very upset and never have I had an issue like this after getting dental work done. I do not recommend this place at all!

The lady went over the cost, my insurance covered everything. Well the dentist decided to shave the bone down on both sides and put stitches in my mouth. I never ask or authorized this . There were two dentist in room with me and one Tod the other, " let me show you how to do it". I shook my head no when I realized he was cutting my gum but he didn't stop. After it was over he said you got that bone shaved down for free. We weren't supposed to do it and it wasnt charged to your insurance. About 15 months later I get a bill for $652 that insurance didn't cover. Guess what? It was for that bone shaving that wasn't authorized or ask for or even talked about. I called Aspen and they hit rude when I tried to explain things to them. I also contacted my insurance company. I feel like I shouldn't pay for something that I wasn't supposed to receive and didn't ask for. And he even said he wasn't authorized to do it. Please be careful if you go here. I had dentures made in Florence, paid out of pocket and they fit perfectly!! Really Aspen Dental should have to reinburse me for what I paid in Florence since they messed my mouth up and I could never use the denture they made. I had to give 1 star. I wish there was a 0.
