After requesting quotes on Yelp, I got a slew of phone calls from different companies asking if I wanted to make an appointment for an estimate. At 8pm, Nick called and instead of pitching himself to do the repair, he gave us some suggestions as to what the problem could be and how to fix it. Following Nick's suggestion, we made a quick trip to Home Depot, bought the $40 piece, replaced the broken piece. The fix took less than ten minutes and just as Nick had said, the furnace was working again! Never, in my 29 years of home ownership, has a service person ever turned down an opportunity for a job that probably would've cost several hundred dollars (not including the initial diagnostic fee)!! Nick showed himself to be a stand-up guy who wasn't just looking to make a buck off me. And if in the future, I have any other HVAC needs, Nick will be the first person I call. Another very worthwhile mention is Ben. If you get Ben as a service tech at your place you are in as good of hands as with Andrew. Long story short about a year ago looked to get radiators replaced. Got multiple quotes. Capstone came in at the best price. Andrew gave multiple options and recommendations which was great. Work took about a week but that's expected. Team was on time every day and didn't even mind me nosing around watching them work. Of course I tried not to get in the way. Very happy with their work. Heat has been much better since upgrade. Had to call them the other day for a leaky toilet. I texted Andrew he replied within 2 minutes! My own wife doesn't reply to me that quickly! And he sent Ben over later that day. Ben popped in.
