Unfortunately, after several visits, my experience with Gabriel took a serious turn. A little over a week ago, he cut my beard very poorly, and the attached photos speak for themselves. When I raised the issue and asked him to correct it, he was reluctant, dismissive, and continued to insist that nothing was wrong. That response was honestly more disappointing than the cut itself. After the correction attempt, Gabriel told me to come back in about a week so we could continue trimming and repairing the beard. When I contacted him today to schedule that follow-up, he quoted me a price that was literally three and a half times higher than what I had previously paid for beard service. At that point, it became clear this was not just a bad cut. It was a lack of accountability followed by a sudden price increase after I asked for the issue to be fixed. I would not recommend Gabriel. His workmanship on this visit was poor, and his handling of the situation was unprofessional. That said, I want to be clear that this review is about my experience with him specifically, not the shop as a whole. The shop itself has other talented barbers, and I would recommend booking with one of them instead.

The salon is always clean and tidy. I get my gel manicure and regular pedicure with Aliana. I love that she takes her time, is very detailed, and has the sweetest demeanor. She also does the waxing of my eye brows and upper lip. My nails usually last two weeks and sometimes even longer. I get my hair cut, blow dried, and any treatments done with the talented Ingrid (the owner.) Every time she washes my hair I feel brand new. My hair always shine and has no frizz after she's done. My blow dries always last too. I've gotten acrylics done with Sandra in the past and her work is beautiful. They use good products. I would highly recommend this place. Yes, the predominant language is Spanish, but I seem to manage fine, using translation apps if there is a need. The shop is impeccably clean. The owner has done a brilliant job of updating and changing over time, keeping the space fresh and inviting. Service is generally excellent, though on occasions some nail techs can be a touch aloof.
