They are very skilled and Ron keeps his prices very reasonable without sacrificing quality. On one job his shop did for me, a VW van, I was allowed to purchase the panels online from the UK and have shipped here at 1/3 the price at the VW dealer. The technicians replaced & painted the hood, and front right fender. That was 8 years ago and the work that they did has endured and still maintains its integrity and beauty. They saved me several hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars and I could not have afforded it without them. They also replaced the headliner on my 86 Trans Am several years ago and just recently replaced the window regulator in my Honda Accord. Each time, I didn't have comprehensive insurance and paid out of pocket and I was *STILL* impressed with how inexpensive the 3 jobs were. In fact, on the window regulator job, they actually *reduced* their original quoted price by $100. Just because you have a fender bender on a car that is otherwise reliable, you may not need to pay for a new car. Get an estimate from Ron.

When I requested tire changing help through AAA, this is who was sent. I will NEVER do business…read morewith them again. I have a very no-frills car -- no fancy rims, just tire rim with a hubcap. I know many (most) cars nowadays have nice rims, but not all. The driver was not prepared to remove the hubcap -- in fact, he tried to use the lug wrench to take it off!!!! I would think recognizing a hub cap and knowing how to remove it is a elementary skill. Anyway, after he broke the hubcap, I ended up figuring out how to remove it with something I had in the car. I asked him why he wasn't prepared -- I had a tire change through AAA before and there was no problems. This man got pissed off and REFUSED to change the tire. He called someone and sat in the grass. I called AAA to get it resolved. Finally someone else came to the location (the owner??) and changed the tire. But I was told basically that the employee was right because of my attitude. I am in the service industry. The first rule is that the customer is always right. Second rule, make the customer happy. When it takes over an hour-and -a-half to get my tire changed because I question why the driver was not prepared, both rules are broken.

I asked around for a good place to get my transmission worked on and this was one of two places…read morenamed. I am very glad that it was. While in the waiting area, as they were doing their analysis stuffs, I was talking to another customer who had been traveling through on business in his service truck. He had to stay a few nights in a motel while parts were ordered and such but he was telling me how happy he was with these guys and how honest they had been with him. They could have told him anything and never seen him again but he got out inexpensively. So, I was feeling better already. They tested mine and, I was expecting scary transmission money, however they came back and found it to be a fix for under $180 since it was not an internal trans problem. Ordered the part and next day it was fixed. I had read about my problem online, and had others give me their educated guesses. They could have gotten away with telling me it was something far worse since the symptoms mimicked a bigger problem. Anyway, it was good advice that I received to bring it hear and I only wish that they could do everything I need to my truck but they have certainly earned my business and I believe they will earn yours too if you give them a shot. I am glad I did.
