Beautiful ballon bouquet for my fathers 75th bday! He was bartending on his 75th for a friend who also was same bday! Had this great arrangement sent (last minute). The owner was so nice and accommodating and delivered herself to the restaurant! My father was overjoyed and of course then everyone was celebrating with him all night! Sadly they are the only people who sell balloons anywhere remotely close to Southampton, or they'd be out of business. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they take ZERO responsibility for their errors. One of their untrained staff members told us that the balloons would last 72 hours, so we purchased a day before our party. They were on the floor by morning (less than 24 hours later). When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do. This is not my first bad experience with them-- last year they showed up 30 minutes AFTER my party started to deliver the balloons that they told me were "on the way" for 2 hours (my house in 10 minutes from the store). They charge $4 for a latex balloon, of which I now have 20 on the floor. Unprofessional and unaccommodating. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please look elsewhere if you need balloons On July 30th, I ordered balloons to be delivered and set up by 2pm for my friends birthday. The invoice they sent me said they would set up between 10am-2pm. They arrived at 3pm which caused my event to be delayed. I called them 12 times and they ignored my calls and texted me that they would be there in 15 minutes when it was already 2:30. When they arrived they were unapologetic and almost damaged the balloons by putting them in the bushes. They were very rude and didn't offer any compensation. I then called them to get some money back because my event was delayed and how unprofessional they were but they did not answer my phone calls. I called from a different number and they answered immediately. I expressed my concerns and I wanted compensation for how I was treated and the lateness of the set up that cause my event to be delayed and for the birthday girl to drive around in her car for an hour. They were unapologetic and only said they would reimburse me for a delivery fee of $50 when I paid $900 which I thought wasn't fair because of the service I received. They claimed they were late due to the traffic but I drove farther from where they are located to the event and still made it hours before them. They are located 17 minutes from the house and I am located 2 hours from the house. They also said that there was another Linda who ordered so they got it mixed up, which is unprofessional which was another reason why they should've been apologetic but weren't. While on the phone, they started yelling at me, the client, saying I was harassing them for calling back because they kept hanging up on me. We asked to speak to Sandra, the manager, but was told she was not there. As the conversation went on, the worker (Stephanie) began to yell and then Sandra took over the phone and also yelled at us. We asked them why they were talking to us in this manner and they said "I speak to clients like you like this, because you are unacceptable" and then proceeded to hang up. They said that they would give $200 back but I still haven't received anything. I believe I deserve a full refund from all the stress they have given me. They yelled at me so much that I started crying. No one should be treated like this, I hope I can warn someone from ever getting mistreated like I have by this company. read more

On my way to work I noticed a new balloon store on Southampton so I decided to stop in on my way home. I was happily surprised by the selection of balloons and treats. I ordered a small birthday arrangement for a co-worker and picked it up the next day. I was so happy with everything, the price was less than I was expecting, it was ready when they said it would be (next day service), and the people in the store were so friendly and helpful, I think one of the woman may have been an owner. I will definitely go back, they have balloons, decorations, and a selection of goody bag gifts for adults and children. Oh and they do party rentals too so if you need tables, chairs, tents, lights, popcorn or cotton candy machines stop in. read more

It's very frustrating that a balloon shop is NOT open on Sundays, When most child's birthday parties are on Sundays! Can someone please open up a competitor balloon shop so they can be open on Sundays and take the party market? They're too expensive too, completely taking advantage of the Hamptons families. read more

I called here last minute to have balloons delivered the following day for my husbands welcoming home from Afghanistan. They were able to do my last minute arrangements and the balloons arrived beautifully! I ordered 50 red white and blue and they even threw in a huge patriotic Mylar arrangement for free! Yes they have Balloons but they are WAY OVER priced. I normally would never write a review but was over $4.00 per regular latex balloons. Lots of other ways to celebrate than buying something as ridiculously priced like this. I had sent my son to purchase them and when I called to verify the price they were more than pleased with themselves. Prefer to give the local flower & bake shops the business -- happily. read more

I ordered balloons and party favor boxes for my sons birthday last week and had a wonderful experience with Hampton Balloon! I ordered very last minute and the balloon arrangements exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, bright and well put together. The favor boxes were also a great convenience and the kids LOVED them. I picked up in store in Southampton and loved the new retail party store the new owners have! So needed in this area. Highly recommend, I will be back for sure!! read more

I honestly can't rate their balloons because I didn't get a chance to even see them. I called and asked if they had a specific balloon they said yes. I told them I would be there in a couple of minutes she said ok see you soon. I show up 5 minutes later the place is closed. I understand that if maybe you went out for lunch or an order but couldn't you say something about closing soon. The least they could have done was leave a sign on the door saying be back soon. Called them on Saturday for a delivery on Tuesday. Didn't know exactly what they could do so arranged for a site visit on Saturday after saying she could do a site visit for a charge of $250. Waited most of the day for an exact time, she had to cancel because one of her trucks broke down. Accepted the excuse. She said she could do a site visit on Monday. She did show up wrote a big order up, received the approval to go ahead. It was for a surprise birthday and the balloon decorations had to be done by 5 pm. At 10:44 am I received a request for credit card, Sandy, one of the owners said she would be there by 1 pm and that it should take 1 hr, for setup. At 1 pm she said she was on her way. It took her about 1 hr. to do a small bunch of balloons. I left the house at 2 pm thinking all was under control and that the balloons would be done in plenty of time. At 4 pm she said she was on her way back to the house from her shop because they ran out of helium. I told her it was a surprise and people would be there at 5:15 and they needed to be out of there by then latest. Come to find out, they did one other bunch of balloons and left. No pictures and 1/2 of the job not done. This is no way to run a business especially when you are giving a surprise party and we're reassured many times that there would be no problem completing the job contracted on time. Wouldn't you make sure you had enough helium to complete a job, especially if you are in a party planning business? Don't trust these people. They are not trustworthy and don't do what they promised or were paid to do. read more
