She was super quick to respond to our emails and questions, very friendly, and very competent. We also liked the majority of teachers that we met who interacted with our child. The only complaint we made during our time there was that during drop-off and pick-up things always seemed a bit more hectic than they needed to be -- it seemed like having another teacher in there during that time would have helped. The other challenge was teacher turnover, though I imagine this is fairly common at any daycare center. Of the 12 or so teachers we met, five moved on in the year that we were there. Luckily they ended up being replaced by other great teachers. Our only reason for leaving is that a 10% discount on two children was still much higher than us just hiring a nanny.

The staff is friendly and very caring and make him comfortable every morning at drop off. I'm very happy I chose this site when picking a child care provider. The director Joanie is very helpful and very informative for just about any situation. In the short time I've had dealing with this provider she has helped me immensely. If Joanie doesn't have an answer or a solution she takes the time to find out what avenues or people need to be involved to solve the problem. The teachers at the center so clearly love what they do and take pride in their work. Our little guy is greeted warmly every day and even when drop offs are hard I know he's in the best hands. His teachers work hard to partner with us through challenging behaviors (toddler tantrums, oof) and have always been willing try out new things and provide feedback on how he's doing. On our car ride to school I hear all about who he wants to play with and which teachers he is hoping to see. It's so lovely knowing he's excited for his classroom.

That is a breath of fresh air. The assistant director, Gabi, is completely the same. They both make you feel like you are part of their family. My daughter is happy & thriving with them and absolutely LOVES the spacious outdoor play area. Now they are kicking my child out due to drop off time that they set and we followed along with not taking a nap (WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED BY THE WAY) There was a time my daughter was not fed anything inside of her lunch box and I Contacted useless Kaitlynn and she never responded. So I decided to contact the owners and they respond 4 days later stating that they didn't think it was important enough to respond because it wasn't that serious! I guess feeding my daughter in their supervision was not that important to them! New Director (Kaitlynn Strand) is as useless as they come. Owner and her husband are just as useless and arrogant/ ignorant. These clowns sent me an email 9/10/25 after I sign my daughter out and leave the parking lot that after 9/12/25, Mia is no longer allowed in the facility because she does not take naps. No other child was targeted but mine! My daughters last day there I was told by the arrogant husband that I do not know how to run a business. Clearly not knowing that I run 2 businesses. He must think he is the only businessman in Windham, NH I will reporting this to every department possible because what they are doing are so wrong in so many levels! Instead, labeling my child as needing "intensive behavioral support" based on our tour, where he was well behaved and the staff never corrected or redirected him. They used this need to justify not allowing him to attend at that location, stating he needed to attend one of their other locations, which could over a smaller class size which could better support his behavior problem. Yet when I asked for their observations so that I could address it with my medical team, I was told nothing. What type of person would lie about a 2 year old? And if they weren't lying, then why not support a mother in getting a child proper care by supplying evidence to bring to the doctor? Clearly, it's not about the children, just the money. They take this very seriously and we are so thankful as we've been lucky to have them open and available during most of the pandemic! From the moment we first toured the school we knew Jen's attitude (and the schools mantra) about nature based learning were aligned with our goals of providing structure and learning together with the outdoors and exploring. She was very helpful and guided me through everything I needed to get my child started. My son absolutely loves the program! He enjoys it so much and even got to experience a movie field trip when school was closed, which was wonderful. At first, I was nervous about him starting something new, but he was very brave and has really enjoyed his time there.

I can only imagine to the kids when we are not around. the owner discriminated against my kids calling them "not normal" and kicked them out stating "she can't handle them" . although she was made very aware of their disabilities .
