This year I have a niece there and she cannot wait for more boating, fishing, whale watching, learning....the captain is teaching them about the sea by showing them step by step. they pulled up lobster traps, fillet fish, caught sharks, rode alongside dolphins-total fun for kids. What really amazes me is the amount of knowledge they come home with and the level of respect they gain for ocean life and its importance. Great job by both captains and their family. Great crew.

The teachers at the center so clearly love what they do and take pride in their work. Our little guy is greeted warmly every day and even when drop offs are hard I know he's in the best hands. His teachers work hard to partner with us through challenging behaviors (toddler tantrums, oof) and have always been willing try out new things and provide feedback on how he's doing. On our car ride to school I hear all about who he wants to play with and which teachers he is hoping to see. It's so lovely knowing he's excited for his classroom.

Her infant teacher was nothing short of amazing. She loves and cares for the kids like they are her own. My daughter moved to the toddler classroom about 6 months ago and still stops by every day to give her infant teacher hugs and kisses. Beyond that, everyone in the front office is always kind and helpful and a pleasure to interact with. We are so happy our daughter is in their care.

I then waited for almost 15 minutes while there was the constant sound of crying children, but no one came to the front area and no one was visible in either the office or kindergarten area (again, this was after I had rang the doorbell requesting entry). Finally, I gave up and just left, never having the ability to speak with anyone. Perhaps this was unusual, but it doesn't inspire confidence in me and does not make me feel comfortable with the idea of leaving my daughter at this center.

I was worried about sending a five month old to daycare so early but the kindness and attentiveness of the teachers here made it much easier on me. This particular location has a full kitchen and they provide breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks which is a huge help for busy parents. They also have playgrounds based on the child's age and the teachers love getting the kids outside in the fresh air. Every day they play games, sing songs and create art work that are all tied to learning. It is more of a school than a day care and they have a great curriculum that they share with parents so we can include the same topics at home. The staff is wonderful. They are all very kind and they truly care about the kids and parents. It is also extremely clean. They also released a mobile app that I get updates and pictures of him throughout the day. If you are looking for day care, or school for your child, you cannot go wrong here.

I'm not sure what's taken me so long to write a review for Harmony, I tell everyone how wonderful…read morethey are on an almost daily basis. Harmony is a beautiful, Waldorf style learning center and preschool. The rooms are curated with thoughtful, open ended toys that are rotated in and out weekly leaving the kids with hours of entertainment. The entire facility is calming, from the color choices of the rooms, toys, lighting and music, all the way to every staff member. Even on the busiest days I've been here all the kids are quiet, respectful and calm because of the environment that Amy and Chrissy have created. They have a huge outdoor space as well including an acre of land that they take the preschool kids for walk on. They have a sweet little garden and a few chickens, as well as a pretty awesome mud kitchen area. Harmony offers open play for kids under three, parent child classes in five developmental stages for kids up to 3 1/2, as well as transitional preschool and regular preschool. Katie leads all of the parent child classes and she is wonderful. She has such a lovely energy, is always so happy to see the kids, and has a wonderful way of working with the kids. Honestly I loved her before we had even really met her. Though my son hasn't gone to the preschool program yet I look forward to when he does. And Amy, oh boy, we LOVE Amy. On days where I'm having a rough morning sometimes I go to Harmony just so see Amy as I walk in the door. She is so welcoming, and warm. As far as indoor play spaces go Harmony is by far my favorite. We're here 2-3 times a week for open play and for parent child class and I don't see us slowing down any time soon.

Not sure how that works. Thursday I was able to live here,And Friday July 1 2022 I received notice that my contract rent was going from 1200 to 2700. I have lived here since they opened same unit and have paid a yearly increase and never been late with a payment. When I approached the property manager an tried to explain how the proposed rent increase would make me homeless she responded that was not her problem. I thought I was involved in a housing program that once approved I was safe. The kick in the teeth is the The Residence of Salisbury Square doesn't care. And to the ywca, poor disabled and handicapped elderly Tennant's only count till they can make more money off someone else. Empowering family's is a great fund raising slogan To bad (from this experience) they don't mean it. Not jus me but multiple units.
