Not to mention, Heidi is our go to person for our dogs every vacation we take. She sends daily updates with photos. This is the third time we've used her and I was completely at ease the entire trip as I knew all of my dogs were in the best of hands. The best part, I know they love on my fur babies just like I would if I was home. Hiring an independent contractor, you are not going to get this kind of customer service or consistency. They go above and beyond every time. I can update my schedule very easily, add a walk in case of an emergency and they send out holiday reminders if you need to cancel your walk! And cater to your pets needs such as medications or special instructions. I have recommended them to everyone in my building and I will keep recommending them to everyone!
