They care and they know your money spent needs to be honoured. Clean, comfy, pool and hot tub (something that usually gets filled and cemented) and the pool is open till 10pm! Member perks are amazing, shrinking but still enough to say members have privileges! Like 2pm checkout! You do have to stay twice as many times to get a free nights stay but it's more than a box with a bed and water closet. I feel at home here. I even bought all the linen, comforters and pillows from the Sault Ste Marie hotel at cost because I had the best nights sleep and wanted that at home too! Make your money mean something again. Stay here and be the king and queen you are!

The hotel is short on amenities - no pool or restaurant, which is why it doesn't get 5 stars, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby so it's not really a problem.
