Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Onsite coin operated laundry machines. Definitely recommend.

The Gym was quite small, but good enough for me with a treadmill, elliptical, and free weights.

So challenging getting in to this hotel from Sooner Road exit. We came from Dallas and upon…read morearrival we had to do a crazy detour around a parking lot until we figured out the side street that gives better access to a one way entrance to this hotel. There is a gas station right by this hotel that would make entrance easier if they had built an opening. You have to go all the way around by service road. Guest services was friendly. Entering our room was a descent ambiance. Turned off by splattered food marks (I guess) on walls by trash can and another area of the wall had something on it as well. Too tired to mention this and ask for another room. Simple wipe down would have taken care of this. Fixtures in areas throughout not mesh with the wall (gaps). Sink is not in bathroom area but near front entry of hotel, so that is different but tolerable. Comfort of beds were alright. Our pillows seemed to be fit for our 4 year old or kid size but again tolerable. Not sure if pool area was unbalanced w/chlorine but we had a reaction and ended up getting out earlier than anticipated. The food we did not eat for breakfast was just pushed back neatly and left on the desk area where we had left it vs. being thrown out from maid services.

Room was clean and functional, although the shower handle was very hard to turn off. Beds were…read moreuncomfortable. Pool area was dirty, needed a good mopping and baseboard cleaning, and the pool itself could've used a tile scrub and possibly cleaner water. We didn't stay as long as we would've normally because I was uncomfortable with the slight cloudiness of the water. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast, but we went down at 7:45 and the only hot food items we saw were about a cup of scrambled eggs that looked like they were from yesterday and an inch or so of congealed gravy in the deep oatmeal/gravy pot. There was some cereal and a few bread/bagel options. We went out for breakfast instead. There was a kid with a plate of slightly fresher-looking eggs when we got back.

The short: Great Service, clean rooms, great location. Stay here…read more The long: I like to call Steven "The King of Breakfast". This young man makes breakfast amazing. He keeps everything hot and fresh. He also makes the best cinnamon rolls. He stops by and checks on people as they are having their breakfast, and really takes ownership of this breakfast spot. When you wake up, or are perhaps just out of bed and need a cup of coffee Steven makes sure the first fave you see is smiling and happy. If you spill your coffee, he assures you, it's the coffees fault and not yours. Now there are two young ladies who fill in for Steven, because, he does need days off. They do ok. But you notice he isn't there. The breakfast has juice, fresh fruit, dry cereal, yogurt, pastries, bagels, at least two egg dishes, sausage and/or bacon, sometimes sausage gravy and biscuits, pancakes, ohhh and cinnamon rolls and coffee. Oh and tea and hot cocoa. The hotel also offers a laundry for guest use, so you can pack less. They also have a pool and jacuzzi, Incase your days are long and your body hurts... say you're staying to see the WCWS and have long days. The location can't be beat. Close to walmart. Which is great when you are traveling, say Incase you forgot something. Or want to stock your fridge, which each room has. Or get some snacks for your room. So, say you don't want to go to walmart, but you forgot something essential like a razor or a toothbrush. Not to worry Janice (Queen of the Front Desk) and her staff, they gotcha covered. Give them a jingle or walk down and they will hook ya up. There are two computers in the lobby for you to use, Incase you need to print anything or have to (sigh) do some work while you are here. Every time I walk in, I am welcomed like an old friend by the front desk staff, which I love. We request our favorite room. So far they have been able to accommodate that. It's my favorite, as it's close to a stair well and I am a scaredy-cat and the weather here is well ... tornado-y at times. Wine thing that strikes me, is that the management must be doing something right, in three years, we keep seeing all the same staff, morning-noon and night. So, they have to be doing something right. I am a huge fan of VRBO, I use them a lot, except here. The consistent amazing staff, the wonderfully clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and location keep us coming back. We have stayed here for three years running, and it's not about to change.

I like this room, it's very clean, very quiet, very new, person at the reception was a very friendly nice man! 2. The TV was easy to turn on/off, and we're watching Moses, a perfect movie before the Palm Sunday, instead of all those negative news! 3. Convenient parking. 4. The room, pillows, bed are comfortable, no draft in our room. I love the fact, there's a peep-hole, in my height! 5. A closet with two full-length mirrors sliding door. 6. Lots of selections in the cafe, pretty good stuff, bright & clean & colorful walls & flooring. Negatives: 1. We have to remove everything at the bar counter, to use as our bathroom sink. 2. There's no place to hang hand towels or wash cloths, nearby, right now, mine's on top of my open carry-on bag. If you have a sink/bar, there must be a place to hang those towels, there, too! Or walk back to the bathroom, to hang them. 3. We're on the first floor! Meaning, people in the pool can see us, or those walking from/to their car, the parking lot can see right through our room! So we can't bring light in our room! 4. We got a jacuzzi sauna/tub - not really sure what it's called, but we're not ever gonna use it. 5. The luggage holder, is so awkward when putting a large luggage, you can't open it 100%, or it will slide out because of the way it is slanting. We are Frequent Guests, and they should have a survey to give people rooms, THEY CAN USE. Jacuzzi for instance. Everyone need towel racks. Not everyone like to look outside. I LOVE traveling, a well-known world traveler, and people like to enjoy the views from their rooms, high or low. I can't enjoy the view, and see the sunrise or sunset, because I'm paranoid of people seeing me inside butt-naked! There are perverts and I need to be protected from them.

We contacted Expedia to have them request a waiver for the hotel stay for Saturday night but the hotel denied the waiver causing us to lose $$$ and all of our OneKey cash rewards we had saved up.
