You want to go to a place that is clean and that makes you feel calm, welcome and at ease. A peaceful place that you could see yourself going back to many times. Lauren is that person. RelaxStation is that place. Always a burst of sunshine, professional and polite. I cannot express enough how much talent Lauren has. She has that touch where she can feel all the muscles and nerves, and not a lot of people have that in this field. She is great to see if you want a relaxing treat but also if you have issues that are pestering your body. Most recently she was a huge help with my sciatica. By the end, she had worked out so much of my tightness and knots, my shoulders laid completely flat. Wow. I hadn't even realized it was that bad. And the whole thing was so pleasant and relaxing. She is no longer at Duda, but I have happily followed her to her new space in Greenland. Before Elizabeth, I had only ever experienced a few professional massages in my life, often infrequently. Since Elizabeth, I consider massages important and necessary. Her rates are competitive ($75/hour) - better than they were when she was at the Duda ($90/hour) - and I see her as often as I can afford. Every time I see her, I have a great and comfortable experience and leave feeling better than I arrived. I literally walk out able to put my shoulders down. Also- while maybe not the most important thing to point out, I have to comment on how soft her sheets are. They are extraordinarily soft. So soft that once after my massage, I crept around the entire table going through all the edges of the sheets looking for a tag so I could go find sheets like those for my bed at home. Alas, they only make them in massage table sizes. On a more useful note, I have very sensitive skin and am extremely sensitive to smells. Whatever Elizabeth uses, I've never had a reaction.

It's nice to hear the almost excitement when she talks about the muscles and how everything works. It just shows how passionate she is about what she does. We have had great conversations while I've been on the table, as well as nice quiet sessions where she digs deep into my aches and pains. She listens and focuses on my needs which is what I appreciate. Lynn is no different. She focuses on my needs, my aches and where it really feels right and needs that extra touch. Unfortunately, her schedule doesn't typically work for me, but when I have a short day I try to schedule with her to get some variety in techniques. Cassie really worked intensely on my back and neck and always did a great job. I was always impressed with her amount of pressure and ability considering she is such a petite woman. I'm not sure where she is, but I'd follow her to her other practice. I have sent many friends over to Rejuvenations, as well as my mom. Everyone has had nothing but a pleasant experience with Lynn and Dale.
