We updated repairs and handled the yard work and maintained a manicured yard during the stay. Upon moving out they required us to have the carpets cleaned and a cleaning service to come to the house to clean, which we did and had receipts to show for. We were charged an additional cleaning fee of $375 and it was taken from our deposit, even after we had already paid $350 for a professional cleaning service. I will NEVER refer this company to be used by anyone. They are unprofessional and unethical.

Kitty has been polite, friendly, and very helpful. She seldom calls outside the desired window, answers emails and texts promptly, and even is willing to take calls after business hours if I need more help. When looking at properties she lent her experienced eye to help me spot anything I missed. This helped me avoid some bad properties. Cheri seems a lot shorter on words than Kitty, leaning towards efficiency. I'm sure this hard nose attitude is helpful in seller negotiation, though it's not as personable. She does stand up for her clients and passes information along fairly quickly when asked to. Both Kitty and Cheri are adept at using online tools. This helped speed things along. So far things have been fairly smooth sailing, despite a few bumps in dealing with the sellers themselves, all thanks to Kitty and Cheri. Overall I would highly recommend Liz Moore and Associates. They're worth it!
