Beware of who you hire, even when they are pleasant and nice at first. That's just part of their sale tactics. Do your due diligence and check references and reviews, especially the negative ones. Let me start off by saying, our preference is to not give a star. However, we'll settle for the one so that we can post our review. It's been 2 years and we are still waiting for them to follow through and stop with the empty promises. They installed a wooden fence for us on 08/14/2023. After a few months, the wood purchased and installed by them, started to leak a yellow and black sap. After reaching out to them several times, the installer finally showed up on 02/16/2024. He agreed that the wood does not look good and needs replacing. He took pictures and said that he would send them to the manufacturer and get back to me. As of today, we do not know if the manufacturer received their message or even responded to them. I kept following up with them because if I did not call to check status, they did not call me back. This went on for months. So, I finally asked about replacing the fence and was told that their warranty does not include the wood. If we knew that was the case before giving them the job, we would have purchased our own wood or use another company. It is crazy for them to purchase the wood and then tell you it's not their problem After numerous correspondence and many, many, empty promises, we finally went to court on 02/05/2025. We won the case and as of today, the owner still has not fulfill the requirements set forth by the judge. As a matter of fact, he told me point blank that he would not complete the full order. We made an agreement with him so that we can get it over with, but it is clear that he has no intentions of completing any of the order because he continues to give us the run around. His excuses are always that they are busy or he has personal issues to deal with. He is extremely unreliable. We honestly cannot recommend this company. read more

If i could leave 0 Stars I would, the rep was a complete tool, they were 75% higher than there competitors and the work was horrible, you'd be better off building a fence with chicken wire!!!! read more

Good and bad! 1st called to have HOA required fence type installed with a few modifications. He came out THREE times and ASSURED me that what I wanted could be done. When he was ready to do the job, he told me HE COULD NOT put the fence where I needed it bc there were too many rocks. OK, so don't assure me 3 times and then give me a different story. Not happy Settled for less than expected. The installation was great and the fence looks fine. But, 2nd, I also needed a partition built and he came up with something that I agreed to, two benches with a gate. The work was done extremely sloppily by his assistant. I took photos, made calls and was assured multiple times over many months that the work wd be done to my satisfaction and that he wd come out and do it himself. There were minor corrections made by who I don't know, but it is still unsatisfactory. Uneven cuts, poor or no mittering, split slats, hinges that aren't properly attached. I cd go on and on. I got many excuses including, "we never did anything like this before" and what he got is an unsatisfied customer and a poor review. He is charming and will make promises some of which he cannot or will not keep. He is proficient in some areas and no so much in others and in those he is not, he will not correct them to your satisfaction. When we first met, he went on and on about how he tried to satisfy a customer and that the customer was unreasonable. I felt bad for him, but that story that went on and on and should have set off an alarm in my head that maybe something wasn't right. So if he gives you a story about how hard he tried to please a customer and couldn't, it cd be that he simply couldn't or wouldn't, as in my case. He price was reasonable. The fence was done well and in a reasonable timeframe, but the other issues left me pissed! read more
