I was there yesterday late afternoon. I just wanted a single wash and that's it. When you touch the…read morescreen everything else pops up but that. It wanted to charge me $26 for I don't know what. Finally after a few tries $10 wash came up and I confirmed. The machine didn't give me a receipt so I asked one of the kids working there. He decided he was going to school me on the process so I stopped him immediately and requested to speak to a manager. Long story short he said he'll go to the office and get my receipt. I just wanted to see what I was charged. He gives me a receipt that I reviewed after wiping my car dry and the receipt didn't belong to me, but another customer. So I go into the office and there you have 3 youth hanging out. One did pull my actual receipt from the system based on my plates. To the owner: customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism from your staff regardless of age. Bad for your business. Get your screen fixed too. I just read a few reviews with payments/credit cards. Not a good look for you.

They are customer focused in a genuine manner - not fixed on selling services or products that are not necessary. There's nothing like walking into the office and being remembered after only a couple of visits. They even drove me home...I'm close to Browning, but it's still a lovely gesture. I recommend this business to anyone with a mechanical problem, tires going bad, 'funny sounds' (yeah, that's my specialty), or even just the annual inspection. My wife took the car to Browning two days before Christmas and paid $38 to have the tire patched. She was assured that not only was the tire patched successfully, but that all four tires were checked carefully for any other nails. So far, so good. Except that we woke up Christmas Morning to find the tire in question completely flat. I swapped the tire out with the spare, and found two other nails in the same tire. Well, you know, these things happen, I'm a reasonable guy and I dropped of the tire on the 27th (first day they were open after Christmas). They once again patched the tire, once again charged me $38. I asked what pressure they filled the tire to, was told 35 PSI but when they checked it, it was only 25 PSI. Now, if it was me, I would have assumed that there was still an active leak - not Browning, they filled up the tire, sprayed a little water on the hole they had just patched, pronounced it "repaired" and sent me on my way. You guessed it, went flat again. So we're buying a new set of tires for the Expedition - not from Browning however. There are shops with much better prices who do their work correctly the first time.

Recently, while driving on Hwy 17, the CVC joint on passenger side went and sent the car off into the on-coming lane. Fortunately no one was hurt and there was no wreck. Had car towed to repair shop, it was put up on a lift, and the mechanic said that the passenger side CVC joint was completely shot and the other didn't look too good. These problems existed when the car had the brakes redone but not one mechanic said anything about the CVC joints. This was a life threatening situation. I can't recommend anyone going to this automotive business because they don't seem to care.
