I am a big fan of Keesler Federal Credit Union. All of the locations I have been to have been very…read morefriendly, helpful, and provide speedy services. The Wiggins branch is another great location. It is a small branch but all of the staff is friendly and helpful. They are very prompt and I have yet to have very much of a waiting time and most of my visits are met with no waiting time at all! When you walk in you are met with smiles and feel like you are part of the family. While opening an account for my daughter I noticed that other people where met with smiles and where able to do their business in a very timely manner. They are very friendly and helpful on the phone as well. Unlike many customer services that we call on the phone, Keesler Federal Credit Union representatives are prompt and helpful. I look forward to seeing the smiles at this branch in the future! Oh and my 14 month old daughter is treated like a little princess here as well. Oh and they are understanding and friendly with kids (as long as the kids are not in a terrible mood or in the tantrum state they can be in from time time to time 'insert smile here') as well.

In my opinion, these are a bunch of older frat boys playing at being a bank. Now, that's just my opinion, but I have been dealing with them for almost 4 months on something that should have closed in 60 days. If I didn't already have this much time committed into a construction to permanent mortgage, I would got to anybody, even Bank of America before going to them.

I cannot say enough good things about this bank. Not because I've used them for over 30 years, but…read morerecently I was reminded why I love them. I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card. Within a couple of days they had taken care of it and refunded me the charge. Less than a month later, my wife had someone highjack her PayPal and pay themselves a thousand dollars. When we got the notice that it was about to be debited from our account, I called this branch and asked what they could do. I spoke with Mandy. She assured me that she would take care of it. I was especially concerned because I had tried all day to reach a real person at PayPal to help me and had no luck. Thirty minutes later, Mandy called me back and said it was already handled! Thank you Mandy and Bancorp South! I was so grateful, I took a gift card by to show my thanks. Now, if I can just get people to leave my stuff alone! Haha!

Extremely unprofessional staff and outdated banking system that charges to make a mortgage payment…read moreover the phone and only offers automatic withdrawal as other option. I would never allow them full access to MY bank to trust they would take payment on specific day. I never asked for this bank to buy my mortgage and advice against it. They have treated me like I am a low life during a time of a State disaster with Hurricane Milton making it difficult and unpleasant experience. In less than 48 hours I have was called twice asking why the paperwork I received ( as a pdf file ) in an email was not returned yet, after I already expressed I had no printer and would have to find a way to transfer it . I explained I would send it out priority the next day ( yesterday ) at which time the person asked "when can we expect the escrow payment "? I told them in a couple days. They called again today and asked " where are the documents " ? SAME GUY btw who obviously is oblivious to our prior conversation. I told him to take the escrow from my account and he says " I can't do it until I received the documents " denying he already asked prior to this conversation " when can we expect payment " ? UNPROFESSIONAL and degrading. I am beyond livid. This is not acceptable and not the end.
