She asked multiple times about the pressure and made adjustments, concentrating on areas I pointed out. The main issue I experienced was the constant interruptions. When the phone rang or another customer walked in, she would leave to answer without saying anything. She also stepped out for a few minutes to discuss something with her coworker. There were probably 5-6 separate incidents so it completely disrupted the flow, yet the massage still finished on the hour. I paid in cash to avoid the credit card charge, but it was awkward. I had to ask for change back and instead of just giving me the correct amount, she asked how much - as in, what's the tip?

I wish the receptionists would've had my back and could've helped me. Neither one of them asked me what happened or said anything when I went to the desk 10 minutes after my massage started. Her name is Cindy. Back in January there was a note to not pare with me with her because she does the worst massages. No technique, just rubs back and forth and it hurts. Really bad massage. Rubbing skin back and forth with lots of friction and talking non stop asking me questions outside of the massage. When I asked her to stop the massage the first time, she goes "tell the front desk I say hi" in such a smirk voice. I was shocked. I said "excuse me?" Still hands on me. She grabbed my right arm and dug her hand into my back shoulder blade. I have been icing it since I got home. I asked her the second time. I said "I don't know where the button is to call the front desk people in. Can you please stop?" Didn't stop and wouldn't take her hands off. I lifted my body and of course I'm not dressed and was pulling the blanket up around me and I said "I want to get dressed! Please stop." It was so bad. I'm waiting to talk to someone in charge. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. And I am so unimpressed with the receptionist and other employees.

Showed up a few minutes ahead of time like the person advised when I booked. Bryce was my massage therapist. He is familiar with my chronic condition. He checked in and adjusted the pressure and massage as worked best for my body and loosening up my muscles. My neck felt like I had gained an inch or more because of how much more loose the muscles were upon leaving than when I got there. Posture felt way better. Space between my shoulders and ears longer with so much tension released. My hip flexors felt great and I can't wait to get home and do some pigeon poses to enjoy my newly loosened hips and legs. She kept rotating warm towels on my neck and shoulders the entire time, which made it even more relaxing.
