I tried taking a selfie and the owner offered to take a real picture for me. How thoughtful! The store is a bit bigger than most shops and the better of the merchandise are the t-shirts and sweatshirts. They were of better design and quality without being too expensive. By better design, I mean the shirts were not cheesy or super touristy. It does not look like you got the shirt at a giveaway. The designs and cuts were just enough to say casual beach wear and if you wanted to stock up for gift giving it won't break the bank. There are shells to buy in the back of the store as well. Sand dollars were in good condition and they have a good variety of smaller colorful shells too. Good people working there as I was not pressured to buy something. The overall shopping experience was enjoyable. I would recommend checking it out!

Some are pretty upscale. It's super dog friendly. The Alter'd State store caught my eye the most bc there's three store front locations. On this side, I did see a Cheesecake Factory, Chinese Restaurant, boba shop, and gelato. If you drive to the other side they have an area of chain restaurants and other stores like Ross and Target. One other cute feature I saw was a dog fountain. Also two lit up photo opps lit up at night.

There is SO much in there that there might actually b something u didn't know u needed. It starts w/clothing/shoes/boots. There's a bit of a western wear theme. Love that they offer used jeans (most r bedazzled) as well as new and used as well as new cowboy and mud boots. There is a baby section toward the back of the 1st area. Oh - there's also some horse medication and some interesting beef tallow based skincare products near the register. In the 2nd area it's mostly home decor and artwork. Then in the 3rd area it's horse supplies like saddles, ropes, etc. Outside it's a lot of metal work for your yard/house. It was a little overwhelming, but if u take the time to look, it's interesting what u find. I really liked the metal chicken nesting boxes, which r actually less $ than making ur own & give a vintage flair. The gal who owns the shop is one of the friendliest I've ever encountered & certainly passionate about her shop. There was another gal working there as well who was equally friendly. This shop is next to a yummy taco truck so u can grab lunch afterward.
