Tonight driving home from work traveling south on i15 I had bright headlights in my review mirrors. I was going just over 75mph in a 70mph zone, the truck that was riding my tail cut to the passenger side of me and raced in front of me. The truck nearly clipped the front of my car forcing me to hit my brakes. The truck continued to race ahead and approached another car this Columbia millwork Truck then crossed over the double white lines into the hov lane to pass this car. The truck did this once again to another vehicle. What was even more frustrating is after the truck passed the second car via the hov lane it began to cut off traffic to make an exit off 1600 north, I then got off with the truck to confirm the company name all I originally saw was the large Columbia logo and I was hoping to get a phone number but pulling up behind the truck I saw the whole name Columbia millwork. For this reason I would advise no one do business with this company until they have proven that they have placed safety measures in place to prevent their employees from making kisses like this again in the future. I will be contacting this business tomorrow and updating my review with the comments from management.

Kim was very patient with our indecisiveness and gave us great suggestions. This helped make something stressful for us easier. Final result: our project is nearly complete and we are very happy with how things look. We, like most people, had the typical remodel hiccups along the way. We were able to iron those problems out in the end. Communication: the only point or dissatisfaction for us was the level of communication, updates, and follow through from Kim. We had to rely on Donnie for that. We appreciate all the work he put in for us to solve crazy problems we had. Update: A couple more concerns came up related to communication. We will say that we are overall very happy with the finished changes on our home, but it is such a nightmare communicating with this company. Here are a few examples: 1) We asked for an update on our loan 2 weeks ago. We haven't heard back until today (the project is now finished) and the loan details do not match what we talked about. 2) We had scheduled to do the final touches on our bathroom 2 days ago. No one showed up. No one called. We had to reach out to reschedule. I wouldn't consider us unreasonable people. We know things happen. All we would want is for someone to call and say, "Hey, we can't make it today. I'm sorry." Closing Update: We did receive a final wrap-up call from Donnie, and he was very pleasant and reasonable to speak to and work with. We feel like they are going to make an honest effort to use the feedback we have given them to improve. Additionally, we spoke to Heather today in their office to work through some finance questions, and she was awesome to work with. We are very very happy with the quality of work that was done and how everything looks. The reason we deducted a star was because of the communication piece.

They were wonderful with my Mom. Froylan took the time to explain everything to her. He asked her how to place the grab bars that would work best for her and how high the bench should be. He gave me the education on how the foam lifting works and the benefits of sealing the joints in between the slabs, no sales pitch and not pushy, and he always answers my questions promptly after I signed the contract. Darrell and Moses are great with their job with the lifting, making sure all the slabs are lifted evenly without causing any damages. They were always on time, efficient and very professional. Great experience with Canyon Overhead Doors…read more We had 2, 35 year old doors that needed to be replaced. Okko at Canyon Overhead doors was very helpful, and was able to find the color and design we wanted, at a very competitive price. We opted for a higher quality door from Martin, and they are very nice. Canyon delivered and installed the doors on schedule. The new openers from LiftMaster are really nice, much quieter than the old chain drive units we had. The wifi capability and improved lights are also a nice touch. We had a small issue with the new seal, but Mike came out the next day and had it all repaired and looking beautiful. It's great to see someone committed to getting the job done right. I expect these doors will last many years, but if we have a need for garage doors in the future, Canyon will be the first firm we call.

The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare
