Alex installed 4 Smoke detectors. He arrived on time and removed his shoes before entering my house. Before installation he tested to see if there was a green light and showed me what to look for. He did the same for all four. The 4th detector did not show the green light quickly but later came up. When he went back in that room where he installed it, it started beeping, stopped and started again. I returned the defective detector and bought another, and he came back the next day to install. Also, he showed me how to stop the alarm if it triggered in the kitchen from cooking. He cleaned up after himself. He is polite and knowledgeable. He showed me receipts for all materials (I didn't ask for them), and had the job done quickly. The wood pieces blend in with the rest of our house and you can't tell they're new.
