Although I had an excellent massage with Katya, the management of the building has refused to honor another appointment for me because I made a comment about how uncomfortable I was entering the offices, which has a long hallway which funnels into a common area; as this was my first appointment, I had expected to be greeted by someone, but instead, there was a group of about six people in the common area and no place for me to stand or sit and I was very uncomfortable; I mentioned it to the staff and apparently that was enough to get me banned. Not good customer service for someone who comes for relaxation and, if you have people with sensitivities coming to see a therapist, mgmt needs to work on that. read more
